Thanks to continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity available for applicants experienced in an Aviation Maintenance Environment with Customer Support experience

The following attributes are required:

• Liaise with commercial customers regarding work requirements, expectations and customer inputs.
• Develop customer relationships that ensure customer satisfaction is achieved, including recommended product solutions tailored to specific customer needs and requirements.
• Provide commercial customer quotes based on either forward estimates or detailed inspection reports.
• Provide Technical and Marketing services for commercial customers including complaint investigation and follow up action.

• 4 ½ day week 

• Experience in an Aviation Maintenance Environment
• Turbine Engine maintenance experience advantageous
• Rolls-Royce M250 experience highly desirable
• Technical Report Reading / Writing skills
• Use of Maintenance Management Systems - Pentagon (highly preferential)
• Quoting Skills
• Sound skills using MS Word and Excel
• Communication Skills
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with customers
  • Able to discuss technical issues with customers
