Thanks to continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled Aviation Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our team as our next Level 2 Aviation NDT Technician!

Responsibilities Include:
- Inspecting, certifying, and/or reporting aircraft inspection results using approved data in the methods for which you are certified
- Ensuring aircraft NDT service provided meets the standards required by various airworthiness authorities providing approvals to APA
- Travelling as required to interstate client sites (about once a month)
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To be considered for this position, you’ll be EN4179/NAS410 certified (Level 2) and have prior demonstrated experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), and experience in an NDT role within the aviation sector.
You will also hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent.
You’ll also need to be comfortable in at least 3 of the following techniques (but ideally all 5):
- Magnetic particle inspection
- Liquid penetrant inspection
- Eddy current inspection
- Ultrasonic inspection
- Radiographic inspection
You’ll be flexible and adaptable in your approach, with the ability and willingness to travel as required (about once a month), sometimes on short notice. Your ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment is essential. We're looking for team members who take pride in their attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Additional requirements include:
- Highly developed communication skills that allow you to engage and collaborate with other technicians where required
- Ability to work autonomously, often without supervision
- A genuine commitment to upholding the highest industry standards and regulations
